The Columbus Grove Girls’ Basketball Team is having its 13th Annual Water Softener Salt Fundraiser. We are selling yellow 40 lb bags of salt for $10.00 and green (w/iron out) 40 lb bags of salt for $11.00 (minimum order of 5 bags). This price will include delivery to your home and placed in your designated area.
We will be accepting orders through May 15th. You can place your order by visiting https://forms.gle/JC4tPwxagujTmRew7 and submitting your order online or by printing the form linked here and sending it to the school. 
There is no online payment option so payment must be turned in to a team member or sent to the school.  

Delivery Date will be June 17th, please be specific on the delivery instructions so we can deliver your product exactly where you want it.
